Greg Gardella has been invited to be a panelist at IP Watchdog’s PTAB Masters Symposium 2022 in January.  The program will cover critical issues in the IP realm including: the PTAB landscape and important rulings; patent monetization; responses and reexaminations; the use of motions, discovery and experts in trial; and the policy and progress of useful arts.
