Gardella Grace is recognized as a leading firm for patent prosecution in Intellectual Asset Management’s (IAM) 2022 annual guide. Gardella Grace lands among prominent patent law firms in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and according to IAM, has “taken the market by storm.”
The IAM Patent 1000 list recommends Gardella Grace principals, Greg Gardella, Cook Alciati and Natalie Grace as top patent attorneys.
This year, IAM emphasizes how Managing Principal Greg Gardella “is masterful when it comes to patent litigation and post-grant proceedings.” They say that “he has a unique ability to illuminate smart and creative strategies for complex cases…” Notably, Mr. Gardella is part of an elite subgroup of individuals that have been selected for all four IAM publications this year- IAM Patent 1000, IAM Global Leader, IAM Strategy 300, and Strategy 300 Global Leader.
Principal Natalie Grace makes a repeat appearance in the IAM 1000 Patent list. The guide notes that as a former software engineer, Ms. Grace “is distinguished by her technical fluency and blend of prosecution and post-grant skills.”
Principal Cook Alciati was once again recognized by IAM as one of the world’s leading patent professionals. IAM says Mr. Alciati “makes light work of major patent litigation; he works efficiently, collaboratively and with commercial purpose.” The recognition follows Mr. Alciati’s recent victories in litigation this year.
IAM Patent 1000 identifies and selects attorneys though exhaustive qualitative research, identifying leading firms with depth of knowledge, market presence, and level of work along with positive peer and client feedback.
