Greg Gardella has been invited to speak at the winter meeting of the Association of Corporate Patent Counsel, which will occur in San Diego, CA from January 23-26, 2022. Mr. Gardella will be a panelist discussing various aspects of post-grant proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, including how they have evolved over time and the ways in which that evolution has fundamentally changed best practices in IP procurement.
