2022 included a number of notable decisions from district courts, the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.  Further, the Supreme Court will issue a decision in 2023 relating to copyright fair use, and is also considering trademark issues relating to territoriality and free speech.
