This week, Managing IP released 2022’s Rising Stars in IP list that recognizes some of the best up-and-coming IP practitioners.  Congratulations to our Principal Cook Alciati for being selected this year.  Managing IP selects individuals that have contributed to the success of their firms and client and displays marked expertise in their field.

Mr. Alciati’s recognition by Managing IP follows his selection to IAM Patent 1000.  Mr. Alciati’s practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property litigation in district court and at the USPTO as well as the Federal Circuit.

Beyond his litigation work, Mr. Alciati recently launched Gardella Grace’s IP Insight’s Blog that can be found here.  In addition to regularly contributing articles to the firm’s blog, Mr. Alciati also hosts and speaks at Gardella Grace’s new webinar series that focuses on various aspects of intellectual property law with a specific focus on the intersection of patent prosecution and litigation strategies.
